To achieve this, we need to offer multiple accessible and engaging sources of information. These can include the website, social media, print media, informational events, and personal recommendations.
However, simply providing information is not enough. A structured and sustainable communication system is essential to ensure that we respond to every inquiry. By properly following up with all potential volunteers, we create a welcoming and efficient first impression, which can impact long-term engagement.
