AFS Argentina & Uruguay’s volunteers were having a hard time scheduling chapter meetings and engaging other volunteers in the meetings. Julia Taleisnik, from their Organizational Development department, thought of a way to use the Engaging Chapter Meetings tool provided in the Chapter Development Toolkit and adapt it to their context.
