From AFS New Zealand:
“The Volunteer Journey refers to the process of involvement that volunteers have with AFS New Zealand from the moment they decide to apply, to their enrolment, training, service delivery, development and recognition through to their role renewal or departure from our organization. This project will be a key factor in reducing barriers for people to volunteer and will ensure a much more inclusive and diverse volunteering community. AFS aims to share these learnings with the wider volunteering networks and organizations.”
